JCMH Consulting was founded by Chris Hill in 2011 with the goal of assisting our clients in accomplishing the many projects that would impact their Profit and Growth. Although it began with just Chris, it was just a matter of time before other talented individuals would join Chris in the pursuit of serving our clients.

Fast forward to present day and JCMH now has 7 Consultants available to assist our clients with everything from accounting, leadership, systems and procedures, human resources, and sales and marketing (business development). Every one of our staff shares the same commitment to serve our clients and make a difference in their pursuit of profit and growth!

Chris Hill

Chris Hill has over 37 years of business experience of which the last 14 years has been in the Restoration industry. Chris has worked in positions ranging from Director of Marketing, Office Manager to General Manager of a 4 location, twelve million dollar company for 9 years. Chris founded JCMH Consulting in 2011 with the goal of serving many clients in accomplishing Profit and Growth. Since then JCMH has worked with over 75 clients! Also, Chris and his wife Julie co-own Headsets Plus a company specializing in providing professional grade business telephone headsets since 1995.

Maureen Sheehy

Maureen has 30 Years of experience in the Construction industry, of which the last ten has been in Restoration. Maureen has worked and used PSA Software for over nineteen years and is our senior Accounting Consultant. She also assists our clients with many of the job management aspects of PSA. Along with her role as a trainer for our PSA Clients, she also will roll up her sleeves and perform forensic audits and virtual controlling, assisting our clients in closing their monthly and yearly financials. Maureen resides in London, Ontario, Canada.

Lee Ann Reeves

Lee Ann has over twenty-seven years of experience in business administration. In 1992, she opened her own bookkeeping/consulting business. She has been consulting with business owners and managers, helping them to establish and operate efficient fiscal processes and management. Lee Ann specializes in working with QuickBooks and PSA assisting businesses in integrating their software into their various business systems. This has proved to be quite helpful for our clients and Lee Ann's broad business background has become an asset to them along with her calm and nurturing method of coaching.

Dennis Corkery

Dennis Corkery has 25+ years in the technology industry. His knowledge spans management, sales, network administration and cyber-security. Comfortable in any environment, he can help businesses work smarter, more efficiently and with a sharp eye on the bottom line. Dennis has natural leadership abilities and is able to drive positive change. He holds certifications from Microsoft, Linux, SANS Institute and has his California Building-Mechanical & Plumbing Inspector Certificate. He gets his Zen on as a certified Tai-Chi Instructor. Dennis lives between homes in Nashville and The San Juan Islands in Washington State.

Suzi Kochems

30 years of business experience from private, non-profit and public sectors. Suzi worked with retail teams and organizations helping them clarify what they want and focus on getting it. Suzi dedicated her career to implementing pragmatic solutions based on the best research available. Suzi believes that organizations that have created decision clarity have the potential of creating outstanding results and are great places to work. This approach also creates an environment of team decision making, transparency and clear lines of accountability. Suzi holds two bachelor's degrees in Business Administration with emphases in Personnel & Industrial Relations and Management

Kathy Werner

Kathy brings a contagious enthusiasm and over 25 years of accounting experience. She graduated from The University of Colorado at Denver with her BS in Accounting and Finance and a few years later completed her MBA from Regis University also with an emphasis in Accounting and Finance. She is detailed oriented, converses easily with all employees and motivates well. Her extensive experience with start-up organizations, forensic accounting, financial analysis, software implementations, staff training and management skills makes her a valuable addition to the JCMH Team

Gail Langdon

Gail Langdon is a graduate of Computer Systems Technology and has spent many years in the Healthcare Industry. She has held several positions ranging from Applications Support through to Project Management. She is a 3M trained facilitator and is ITIL trained and certified. Her most rewarding career focus has been working with multi-disciplinary teams to examine in-house processes for improvement. She is an active, registered member of the IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis) member in good standing. Her great passion has always been to contribute to the greater good in everything she does. Gail lives in Canada with her husband and two children.
