JCMH staff, collectively, has over fifty years of experience in the adaptation and optimization of several software products, for example: Proven Solutions Accounting (PSA), Luxor CRM, and Quickbooks just to name a few. With this experience, we are able to significantly reduce our client’s learning curve and software start-up time. In many cases we know exactly what is needed to get the software to deliver to our client’s expectations.
In the Adaptation Phase, we will use the discovery information to understand how our clients will use the software, and then build custom training modules specific to the client’s needs. JCMH Trainers will then proceed to provide experiential training that not only teaches staff how to use the software, but allows the trainee to demonstrate their ability to use the software ensuring a thorough understanding. This significantly improves their ability to learn!
The Optimization Phase usually begins 1-3 months after software implementation, and can take a few months up to 2 years depending on the client’s ability and desires. Many clients get on the software without our assistance (Not aware of our services), and then bring us in to advance their skills and ability to use the software to maximize efficiencies. This generally yields profound results in transforming their staff’s understanding and skills.
