I met Chris Hill almost exactly one year ago at the Contractor Connection convention, not by accident but by divine intervention. There are three relationships that have transformed our business in the last three years. Our relationship with PSA (our job management & accounting software), LuxorCRM (our CRM software) and you are the Holy Trinity for Mammoth. PSA is a phenomenal software yet, like all software, using it for our specific business was a challenge. We were using PSA for over two years prior to engaging your services and experienced a lot of growing pains over the last three years (over 500% during that time). And with the growing pains, our team was getting frustrated because we were not managing all our jobs very well, things were falling through the cracks and we had to throw money at the problems which significantly affected our margins.

If I could wave a magic wand and start all over again, I would have hired JCMH at the very outset of the PSA implementation. PSA is a great tool, but we didn't know how to use it the most effectively for our business to gain the most benefit. The result was a lot of frustration and employee turnover. I highly recommend Chris Hill (JCMH Consulting) as a consultant for the Restoration Company. We had Chris come out to our office about 18 Months ago, and have had him back several times since. I am so glad we were able to meet Chris and that we decided to have him help us out with our business. He has helped us out so much with our accounting software program (PSA), along with overall management items as well.

Before Chris came out, we were not able to rely on our financials in PSA very well. It was like a roller coaster, and to say the least we didn't understand some of the key factors that need to be done in PSA to have our reports as accurate as possible. Figuring out PSA, has been a major step in us progressing into a better company.
